Sequestration of the estate of

DAVID GILLESPIE

The estate of David Gillespie, 17 Keltyhill Avenue, Kelty KY4 0LH, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Dunfermline on Wednesday 19 October 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Christine A Convy, Tenon Recovery, 44 Victoria Road, Kirkcaldy KY1 1DH, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 25 August 2005.
