The estate of Ruarie Anderson, Slapin View, 3 Torrin, Isle of Skye IV49 9BA, was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 20 October 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to James C Pringle Esq CA, James C Pringle & Co, Albyn House, 37A Union Street, Inverness IV1 1QA, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 6 September 2005.
