TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997
THE STOPPING UP OF ROADS AND FOOTPATHS (GLASGOW CITY COUNCIL) (POLLOK TOWN CENTRE) ORDER 2005
Glasgow City Council hereby gives notice that it has confirmed an Order made under Section 207 and 208 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, authorising the stopping up of:-
(a) The pedestrian footbridge over Barrhead Road adjacent to Pollok Town Centre
(b) The car park access road
(c) Parts of Cowglen Road
(d) Part of Fairhill Avenue
(e) The pedestrian footpath from Cowglen Road to Muirshiel Crescent
A copy of the Order as confirmed and relevant plan specifying the lengths of roads and footpaths to be stopped up, may be inspected at the above address and times, by any person, free of charge.
