The estate of Michael Thomas, 4 Brunstane Mill Road, Edinburgh EH15 2LY, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Edinburgh on Tuesday 30 August 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Ian D Mitchell CA, Henderson Loggie, 10 Great Stuart Street, Edinburgh EH3 7TN, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 29 July 2005.
