Notice to Creditors

CHAMBER-POT DOORS LIMITED

(In Liquidation)

I, Bryan A Jackson, of PKF (UK) LLP, 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9TH, hereby give notice that I was appointed Liquidator of Chamber-Pot Doors Limited by an order of the Court of Session dated 23 September 2005, my appointment having been sought in terms of Section 138(5) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

No Liquidation Committee was formed at the Meeting of Creditors convened in terms of Section 138 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Act 1986, on 24 August 2005.

I hereby give notice that, under Rule 4.18 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, I do not intend to summon a further Meeting for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee. However, under the terms of Section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986, I am required to call such a Meeting if requested to do so by one tenth in value of the Company’s creditors.
