The estate of Shaukat Ali, t/a S Ali & Sons, residing at 9 Donald Way, Uddingston, Glasgow G71 6QW, and having a place of business at 73 Corsewall Street, Coatbridge, Glasgow ML5 1RD, was sequestrated by the sheriff of South Strathclyde Dumfries & Galloway at Airdrie on 18 August 2005, and Maureen Elizabeth Leslie, Active Corporate Recovery LLP, The Gatehouse, 201-203 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LW, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.
