The estate of Colin J Tobin (otherwise Colin Tobin), 88 Linnhe Crescent, Wishaw ML2 0PA, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Hamilton on Wednesday 31 August 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Robert C Wallace Esq CA, R Wallace S.I.P. Ltd, 10 Clydesdale Street, Hamilton ML3 0DP, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 28 June 2005.
