Sequestration of the estate of

WILLIAM TRIPNEY

The estate of William Tripney, 55 Muirtown Street, Inverness IV3 5JE, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Inverness on Friday 15 July 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Management Section, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 15 July 2005.
