Sequestration of the estate of

LOUISE GRAHAM

The estate of Louise Graham, 2 Hutton Drive Flat 3/2, Glasgow G51 4RP, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Glasgow on Tuesday 30 August 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Graham C Tough Esq CA, Martin Aitken & Co, Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow G41 1HJ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 30 August 2005.
