Sequestration of the estate of

The estate of Robert Lucy (t/a Drongan Garden Structures), 60 Lane Crescent, Drongan KA6 7AQ, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Ayr on Thursday 4 August 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Brian Johnstone Esq CA, Manson & Partners, 51 Rae Street, Dumfries DG1 1JD, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 13 July 2005.
