Sequestration of the estate of

ABDUL NOOR ULLAH

The estate of Abdul Noor Ullah, 17 Slains Avenue, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen AB22 8TZ, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Aberdeen on Monday 1 August 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Graeme C Smith, Henderson Loggie, 48 Queens Road, Aberdeen AB15 4YE, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Monday 6 June 2005.
