Sequestration of the estate of

JOHN JAMES BRUCE BAIRD LORIMER

The estate of John James Bruce Baird Lorimer, residing at Holmhead Cottage, 49 Auchinleck Road, Cumnock KA18 1AN, was sequestrated by the Ayr Sheriff Court on 28 June 2005, and Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Chartered Accountant, KPMG LLP, 191 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LJ, United Kingdom, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee. The date for claim purposes is 28 June 2005.

Any Creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the Statutory Meeting of Creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
