Statement by General Partner

EFI II EXECUTIVE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

(“the Partnership”)

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that pursuant to transfers of 13 June 2005:

(a)  Ulla Niemela transferred all of her interest in the Partnership, including a Capital Contribution of €30, to Bumba Holding Oy;

(b)  Matts Andersson transferred all of his interest in the Partnership, including a Capital Contribution of €30, to Arap-Group Oy;

(c)  Lars Lindgren transferred all of his interest in the Partnership, including a Capital Contribution of €6, to Venture Securities AB.

and pursuant to the transfers referred to at (a), (b) and (c) above Ulla Niemela, Matts Andersson and Lars Lindgren have ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership and Bumba Holding Oy, Arap-Group Oy and Venture Securities AB have become limited partners in the Partnership.
