The estate of Rodney Foubiston, (aka Foubister) (formerly t/a Kemnay Pet Supplies) 16 Minto Circle, Kemnay, Inverurie, Aberdeen AB51 5FZ, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Aberdeen on Wednesday 8 June 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alan W Adie, Adie Financial Solutions, Bon Accord House, Riverside Drive, Aberdeen AB11 7SL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Monday 25 April 2005.
