Sequestration of the estate of

JOSEPH MULRINE

The estate of Joseph Mulrine, 59 Lomond Walk, Motherwell ML1 5HQ, was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 9 June 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Neil J McNeill Esq CA, McNeill Douglas, 31 Main Street, East Kilbride G74 4JU, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 16 March 2005.
