Sequestration of the estate of

ELIZABETH MCKEEVER CONNELLY

The estate of Elizabeth McKeever Connelly, 30 Cherrybank Walk, Airdrie ML6 0HZ, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Airdrie on Thursday 19 May 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Neil J McNeill Esq CA, McNeill Douglas, 31 Main Street, East Kilbride G74 4JU, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 24 February 2005.
