Sequestration of the estate of

FARQUHAR MACLENNAN, JUNIOR

The estate of Farquhar MacLennan, Junior, 3 West Side, Tarbert, Isle of Harris HS3 3DJ, was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 12 May 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Iain C Forsyth Esq CA, Forsyth & Co, The Old Schoolhouse, Rothiemurchus, Aviemore PH22 1QH, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 2 March 2005.
