Sequestration of the estate of

LINDA HEDLEY OR GELLATLY

The estate of Linda Hedley or Gellatly, 5 Haldane Crescent, Dundee, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Dundee on Thursday 26 May 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Ian W Wright, Haines Watts, Level 5, City House, Overgate Centre, Dundee DD1 1UQ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 27 April 2005.
