Sequestration of the estate of

MARGARET STEWART

The estate of Margaret Stewart, 50 Roughcraig Street, Thrashbush, Airdrie ML6 6PQ, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Airdrie on Friday 20 May 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alison Anderson, Manson & Partners, Lanark Agricultural Centre, Hyndford Road, Lanark ML11 9AX, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 20 May 2005.
