A certificate for the summary administration of the sequestrated estate of Douglas Smith, 105 Flat 5 Long Lane, Broughty Ferry DD5 2AS, was granted by the Sheriff at Dundee on Wednesday 25 May 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Permanent Trustee on the sequestrated estate.
