LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 25 May 2005, MacCourt Trustees Ltd transferred 100% of their interest in The Anglo Irish UK Property Fund (the “Partnership”) to Davycrest Nominees Limited and that with effect from 25 May 2005 Davycrest Nominees Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership and MacCourt Trustees Ltd ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
