Pursuant to Rule 4.19(4) of The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, we, Matthew P Henderson and Robert Caven of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 95 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 7JZ, give notice that, on 16 May 2005, we were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the above Company by a Resolution of a Meeting of the Creditors.

A liquidation Committee was not established. It is not our intention to summon a further Meeting of Creditors to establish a liquidation Committee unless requested to do so by one tenth in value of the Company’s Creditors.
