Sequestration of the estate of

GORDON DONALDSON

The estate of Gordon Donaldson, 18 Castle Road, Port Seton, Prestonpans, East Lothian EH32 0EJ, was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 19 May 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to David F Rutherford Esq CA, Cowan & Partners, 60 Constitution Street, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 6RR, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 1 April 2005.
