Sequestration of the estate of

The estate of Irene Kendall (previously known as Irene or Anne Graham), 1717 Shettleston Road, Glasgow G32 9AR, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Glasgow on Monday 7 February 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Colin A F Hastings Esq CA, Messrs Hastings & Co, 13 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 1HY, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 19 January 2005.
