Sequestration of the estate of

The estate of Janet Waugh, 31 Ednam Drive, Glenrothes KY6 1NA, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Kirkcaldy on Thursday 19 May 2005 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Eileen Blackburn, CA, French Duncan, 39 Vicar Street, Falkirk FK1 1LL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 16 March 2005.
