Sequestration of the estate of

JOHN MUIR

The estate of John Muir, 38 Hawthorne Drive, Shotts, Lanarkshire ML7 5NB, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Hamilton on Wednesday 11 May 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to James I Smith Esq CA, Smith Inglis Ltd, 1 Auchingramont Road, Hamilton ML3 6JP, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 14 April 2005.
