Sequestration of the estate of

NIGEL PEARDON-COOK

The estate of Nigel Peardon-Cook, 8 Loggie Wynd, Elgin IV30 1PU, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Elgin on Tuesday 10 May 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Management Section, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 10 May 2005.
