At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Rose & Crown Hotel, 23 Market Place,Wisbech, Cambridgeshire PE13 1DG the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed:

As an Extraordinary Resolution

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily” and

As an Ordinary Resolution

“That Adrian David Allen, of Baker Tilly, Garrick House, 76-80 High Street, Old Fletton, Peterborough PE2 8ST, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
