Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 11 May 2005 the following transfers were made of part of the transferor’s interests in CCP VII Carried Interest Limited Partnership A (“the Partnership”), a limited partner registered in Scotland with number SL004631:-

1  £222.00 of capital contribution from Charterhouse Capital Investments Limited to Montcenis Co. SAS;

2  £222.00 of capital contribution from Charterhouse Capital Investments Limited to Fabrice Georget.
