NOTICE OF THE ISSUE OF A SUBMARINE PIPELINE WORKS AUTHORISATION

The Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, hereby gives notice that she has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Amerada Hess Limited whose address is 33 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7HY, for the construction of a pipeline between Triton and DC6 SOVS.

Except with the consent of the Secretary of State, the umbilical shall only be used to convey (Hydraulics, Methanol and Corrosion Inhibitor) chemicals and provide control.

The pipeline may be used by the holder and with the holder’s agreement, and with the consent of the Secretary of State, by other persons.

Amerada Hess Limited have been appointed operators of the pipelines.
