Sequestration of the estate of

DAVID YOUNG

The estate of David Young, 35 Inchkeith Drive, Dunfermline KY12 4HS, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Dunfermline on Wednesday 4 May 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Eileen Blackburn CA, French Duncan, 39 Vicar Street, Falkirk FK1 1LL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 13 April 2005.
