Sequestration of the estate of

EMMA FYFE

The estate of Emma Fyfe, 13 Rose Gardens, Cairneyhill KY12 8QS, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Dunfermline on Wednesday 4 May 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alan C Thomson Esq CA, Messrs Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline KY11 8PB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 13 April 2005.
