Sequestration of the estate of

The estate of Margaret Gladys Grace Keeble Shields, 18 Ariel Close, Cellardyke, Anstruther, Fife KY10 3FG, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Cupar on Tuesday 19 April 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Management Section, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 19 April 2005.
