POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2000

In accordance with paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to the above Regulations, Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) for a Permit under regulation 7 of the Regulations by Grampian Country Feeds Ltd in respect of activities being carried out namely Manufacture of Animal Feeds from Vegetable Based Raw Materials in an installation at Mill of Brydock, Alvah, Banff AB45 3TS.

The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment.

The application may be inspected, free of charge, at SEPA, Greyhope House, Greyhope Road, Torry, Aberdeen AB11 9RD during normal office hours. Please quote Reference No PPC/A/1003171.

Written representation concerning this application may be made to the SEPA at the above address, or sent to e-mail address AberdeenRegistry@sepa.org.uk and if received within 28 days of this Notice, will be taken into consideration in determining the application. Any such representations made by any person will be entered in a public register unless that person requests in writing that they should be not so entered. Where such a request is made there will be included in the register a statement indicating that representations have been made which has been the subject of such a request.
