Sequestration of the estate of

SHIRLEYANN MCCRORIE

The estate of Shirleyann McCrorie, 71 Medwin Street, Flat 0/1, Whiteinch, Glasgow G14 9RT, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Glasgow on Tuesday 5 April 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alexander G Taggart Esq CA, Messrs A G Taggart & Co, 301 Baltic Chambers, 50 Wellington Street, Glasgow G2 6HJ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 5 April 2005.
