Sequestration of the estate of

The estate of David McKinnon, 26 Whitevale Street (Flat 0/1), Glasgow G31 1QJ, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Glasgow on Monday 4 April 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Gerard P Crampsey Esq CA, Messrs Stirling Toner & Co, Fleming House, 134 Renfrew Street, Glasgow G3 6SZ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Monday 4 April 2005.
