Sequestration of the estate of

MAUREEN RUSSELL

The estate of Maureen Russell, 1 Forth View, Dalgety Bay, Fife KY11 5SD, was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 7 April 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alan C Thomson Esq CA, Messrs Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline KY11 8PB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 25 February 2005.
