Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, pursuant to a transfer of 4 April 2005 Sasha Van de Water, BGL Reads Trust Company Limited, Margaret D Shapiro, Katherine Lott and Salina Allie each transferred to Verite Trust Company Limited part of the interest held by them (represented in aggregate by a capital contribution of €50.00) in the Partnership (such transfer to take effect from 30 December 2003) and Verite Trust Company Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership.
