Sequestration of the estate of

IAN ANTON RILEY

The estate of Ian Anton Riley whose current whereabouts are unknown, formerly residing at 25 Hope Lane, North Portobello, Edinburgh EH15 2PU, trading as Mon Petit Boudin, formerly having a place of business at Unit 80, 42-46 Morningside Road, Edinburgh, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Edinburgh on Tuesday 15 March 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Keith V Anderson Esq CA, Messrs Scott & Paterson, Bruntsfield House, 6 Bruntsfield Terrace, Edinburgh EH10 4EX, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 21 January 2005.
