Sequestration of the estate of

TERRY CHISHOLM

The estate of Terry Chisholm, 11 Ross Place, Rutherglen, Glasgow G73 5EY, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Glasgow on Wednesday 16 March 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Management Section, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 16 March 2005.
