A certificate for the summary administration of the sequestrated estate of Fay Izatt or Leswell, 6 Greenbank Drive, Cowdenbeath KY4 9RP, was granted by the Sheriff at Dunfermline on Monday 21 March 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Permanent Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Please note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 15 March 2005.
