Notice is hereby given in terms of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above Company will be held in the offices of Smith Inglis & Co, Suite 412, Baltic Chambers, 50 Wellington Street, Glasgow G2 6HJ, on Thursday 14 April 2005, at 10.00 am, for the purposes of receiving a final account of the winding-up from the Liquidator together with any explanations that may be given by him and to determine whether he should be released as Liquidator in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986.

All Members are entitled to attend in person or by proxy and a Resolution will be passed by majority in value of those voting. Members may vote once proxies have been submitted and accepted at Meetings or lodged before hand at the above office.
