Notice is hereby given that on 20 January 2005 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Sir John Arnold Clark, Crowhill House, Endrick Road, Killearn craving the Court inter alia to order that the name of A. Clark’s West End Motors Limited, Company Number SC035914, be restored to the Register of Companies in Scotland in which Petition the Sheriff on 24 February 2005 pronounced a Deliverance appointing intimation on the Walls of Court and a like copy to be served upon the Registrar of Companies, The Lord Advocate, Lady Philomena Butler Clark, Crowhill House, Endrick Road, Killearn, Walter Glen Paterson Gall, Orlington, 20 Bowes Rigg, Stewarton, Kilmarnock and D Ferguson Kerr, 91 Woodend Drive, Glasgow G13 1QF; and further appointed notice of the import of the Petition and said Deliverance to be advertised once in The Edinburgh Gazette and appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow within 21 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification, all of which notice is hereby given.
