Sequestration of the estate of

The estate of Thomas William Casey, t/a Just Ask Tom, South Corrielaw Farm, Corrie, Lockerbie DG11 2NG, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dumfries on Friday 11 February 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Brian Johnstone Esq CA, Manson & Partners, 51 Rae Street, Dumfries DG1 1JD, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 11 February 2005.
