DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 160) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 028) Order 2004, comes into force on 19 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the fish rearing cages previously belonging to Lighthouse of Scotland Limited now belonging to Panfish Scotland Limited at the site known as Quarry Point, situated north-east of Crarae Point, between Crarae Bay and Blackstone Bay, Loch Fyne, Argyll (OS Grid Ref: NR 998 980), are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
