DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 282) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 80) Order 2002, comes into force on 19 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the fish rearing cages previously belonging to Ardvar Salmon Limited now belonging to Drumbeg Salmon Ltd at the site known as Loch Droighniche (Outer Bay), situated in Loch na Droighniche, north-west of Ardvar, Highland (OS Grid Ref: NC 164 344), are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.

A member of the staff of the Scottish Ministers
