DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 238) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 67) Order 2002, comes into force on 19 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the fish rearing cages previously belonging to G Duncan (Salmon) Limited now belonging to Skelda Salmon Farms Limited at the site known as Setter Voe, situated in Setter Voe, south-west of Setter and east of Hamnavoe, West Burra, Shetland (OS Grid Ref: HU 378 360), are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
