DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 151) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 04) Order 2004 comes into force on 19 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the fish rearing cages previously belonging Lighthouse of Scotland Limited now belonging to Pan Fish Scotland Limited at the site known as Meall Mhor, Loch Fyne, situated south of Erines, east of Meall Mhor, Loch Fyne, Argyll (OS grid ref: NR865745) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
