Notice is hereby given that application has been made to The Moray Council as Local Planning Authority for planning permission and/or Listed Building Consent to:

05/00103/FUL	Change of use from public bar to Class 1 general retail (ground floor) and Class 2 professional services (first floor) at Imperial, 67 South Street, Elgin
05/00093/LBC	Listed Building consent for change of use of multiple occupancy dwelling to three flats at 187 High Street, Elgin
05/00206/LBC	Listed Building consent to re roof steading bays, build dividing wall and fence and fit garage doors on front of bays at Greenbrae Steading, Cummingston, Burghead
05/00118/MC	Carry out refurbishment works and install seating, lighting and railings at North Quay, The Harbour, Burghead

A copy of the applications and plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected during normal office hours at the office of the Environmental Services Department, Council Office, High Street, Elgin and at

within a period of 21 days following the date of publication of this notice.
