Sequestration of the estate of

NADEEM AKHTAR MAJID

The estate of Nadeem Akhtar Majid formerly having a place of business at 27 The Square, Penicuik and now Newsboyz Newsagents, 4 The Square, Penicuik, Midlothian, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Edinburgh on Wednesday 26 January 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to R S MacGregor Esq LLB BCA, MacGregors, 21 Melville Street Lane, Edinburgh EH3 7QB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 24 November 2004.
